Your options are to use an Attorney or Do it Yourself - Contrary to popular belief the law does not permit the payment of a fee or other consideration to be given for the purpose of filing immigration and naturalization petitions and applications. The U.S. CIS tends to view such things as evidence of a fraudulent marriage and any finding that you have done so can cause major problems for you and your spouse up to and including the initiation of removal proceedings. Therefore, you should never pay any marriage agency or other non-lawyer for their "assistance." Similarly, in almost all U.S. states it is illegal for a non-lawyer to provide advice in immigration law (even to just tell you which form to use). Doing this, also might result in both the loss of your filing fee and the fee you paid the non-lawyer if the forms were incorrectly completed and rejected.
It MIGHT Save You Some Time & Hassle - No one can guarantee you that they can "speed up" the process or make things happen before their normal time. Knowing what documents and forms can be filed simultaneously, having such documents completed correctly and sent to the proper location can avoid unnecessary delay.
