I provide all legal services via my Virtual Law Office. Currently, I am licensed to practice in the State of California (California Bar No. 195791) but I may seek admission into other jurisdictions as my practice grows.

I recommend that you always review the official records of any lawyer you are considering hiring.  Most lawyers do a fine job, but even so, it doesn't hurt to be a smart consumer.  Some other factors to consider when selecting an attorney are experience, cost, quality of work and intangibles such as personal repoire, drive, creativity and initiative. 

Let me tell you a little secret that some lawyers don't want you to know: We all do basically the same work. The only real difference is how much we charge.  Lawyers with a big reputation and office and lifestyle charge you big bucks.  Lawyers of smaller firms and solo-practioners generally cost you less - but in any given legal situation, the same work must be performed. 

I am proud not to be your typical lawyer.  You won't find me sitting behind a mahogany desk, driving a Mercedes, wearing expensive suits (except in court of course!) and not returning your phone calls because I am on the golf course or "travelling."  I don't take on a lot of clients so that I can devote my personal attention to those that I work for.  That is right. I haven't forgotten that I work for you!  I have personally pledged to avoid the common complaints made of lawyers.

As for my fees, I believe in making a fair wage for my work.  But I keep my costs low so that my services are reasonable and affordable.  I believe in up-front pricing and not surprising you with unexpected fees.  I will always enter into a written fee agreement with you before starting any work and that agreement will clearly explain what costs you can expect to pay for my services.  See the Pricing Page for more details about the different fee structures I offer.
