Post Sept-11, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (U.S. CIS, formerly known as the BCIS/INS), along with other law enforcement agencies, have greatly expanded the rigor and scrutiny of immigration to the United States. This includes both the granting of non-immigrant visas (NIVs) and the granting of immigrant visas (IVs) and the process of naturalization and citizenship.

Although it isn't absolutely necessary, you SHOULD use an attorney because:

It will bring you peace of mind knowing things are being handled correctly
Only an attorney is lawfully permitted to help you and give you legal advice
It might save you some time and money

My Immigration+ Service™ is designed to address all of your immigration and naturalization needs.

This includes IVs such as the Fiancee and Spousal visas, other Alien-Relative visa petitions and Petitions for Alien-Workers and Employment-Based Visas. I can also assist with NIVs such as extension of F-1 Student Visas and OPT Filings. (Please note: Immigration work related to International Adoption is discussed below and not offered at these prices.)

Affordable representation at hearings is also offered if necessary.

Entire "Package" (all necessary documents) for: $400

Review-only of Your Completed Documents: $35 per document/application/petition
(you handle document delivery and final submission)

Representation at Hearings: $75/hr

This includes Adjustment of Status Petitions, Sponsorship Forms, Application for Naturalization, etc.

I offer free representation and aid in completing documents on behalf of any woman or child petitioning for immigrant benefits as a battered woman or battered child, pursuant to the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).

I can assist you with International Adoption from any country where you may wish to adopt a relative. I can also assist you with an adoption that you need legal assistance with completing or in working with an agency or facilitator with whom you have established a relationship. My fixed-fee for Adoption services including my costs involved with completing the adoption in California, if necessary, will run between $2500 - $4500 depending on the situation.
